To expedite the manufacturing process and meet the project's feasibility, the 3 years old design of the local architect was revised by Poise Arch and the project was split in to two phases. The new design efficiently maximized the usage of spaces within the height of the plant; resulting in saving of an immediate expense of $425K during Phase One and by end of completion of Phase Two it will save a total of 15% on overall construction cost of the project.

Construction of Phase One is now complete (December 2010). It is now undertaking its interior fit out till March 2011, which then the project will undertake installation of plants' machineries till June 2011.

Plants to open their lines of manufacturing in July 2011.
