With sustainability in mind, this concept master plan was proposed for a new suburb to accomodate 150,000 new residences in District 22 of the city Rey. The proposed includes a 350K sqm shopping mall, 500K sqm of offices, schools from grade 1 to college, a twin-soccer stadium complex, hospital, entertainment and leisure.

The concept master plan, ever since, has been further taken by the national and international consultants and has been made in three major developments; a 300 hectates man-made lake, which to be completed by end of 2012, a 200 hectares of entertainment zone, which its them park is to welcome its first visitors in 2014, and a 300 hectares of mixed development zone that is to be completed by 2016.
